1. Introduction

We provide licensed electrical services, including installation, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and safety inspections for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and may require an on-site assessment before confirmation.

3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Quotes may change if:

• Additional work is required

• Site conditions differ from those described

• Hidden faults or safety issues are discovered

We will seek approval before proceeding with any variation to the quoted work.

4. Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or emergencies.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required prior to commencement.

We accept payment via Cash or Bank transfer (EFT). Late payments may incur additional fees, and we reserve the right to suspend further work until outstanding balances are settled.

6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area

• Ensure someone over 18 years of age is present if required

• Disclose any known electrical faults, hazards, or asbestos risks

• Ensure pets are secured during service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if the environment is deemed unsafe.

7. Compliance with Australian Law
All work is carried out in accordance with applicable Australian standards and regulations, including electrical safety laws. Where required, a Certificate of Electrical Safety (or equivalent) will be provided upon completion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill, and be fit for purpose.

8. Warranties and Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

• We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or issues outside the scope of our work

• Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials and equipment

Any claims must be made within a reasonable timeframe and supported by proof of service.
